Last Weekend: November 4-6

On Friday night Ramsey had a friend over and we had a bonfire!  Here James and I are excited about the bonfire!
The boys

The next day the boys went to a birthday party for a friend at the zoo.

Corey and I on our way to Reigning Cats and Dogs.

The next morning after Sunday School, we headed to Papa Duke's place on the Little Red River.  Ramsey started off shooting his bee bee gun.

Finding a cave!

Ramsey fished until dark but didn't catch anything.  :(  Oh well, better luck next time!

Below is a video I recorded at the river.  John is singing a verse from the hymn "I Sing A Song of the Saints of God".  It is precious!  But watch Papa Duke in the background "drinking" milk with James.  The whole video is priceless.  Watch it twice!  One time watch sweet John and then again watching Duke!

I sing a song of the saints of God,
patient and brave and true,
who toiled and fought and lived and died
for the Lord they loved and knew.
And one was a doctor, and one was a queen,
and one was a shepherdess on the green;
They were all of them saints of God, and I mean,
God helping, to be one too.

I did just as you suggested and watched the video twice so I could see John singing and James and his grandpa with the milk. SO FUNNY! That's going to be such a good "family home video" to have around for years and years. I love John's little voice! :)
